In Loving Memory...

Resting in the arms of Jesus, my dearly loved Father in Law, Albert Nywening passed from this earthly body into the presence of Jesus on Aug. 27, 2010. We will miss him terribly but are so grateful for the knowledge that he is with the Lord Jesus in heaven, because he trusted Him as his Savior and Lord many years ago. This man is my real life hero. He served in WWII as a staff sergeant in Company A of the 13th Infantry, 8th Division in France, where he was decorated for bravery for rescuing wounded fellow soldiers while under enemy fire. He was awarded the Silver Star, Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. He was a retired dairy farmer and resident of Glen Arden in Goshen, NY. He was one of the most gentle, humble and Godly men I have ever known and I'm proud to call him Dad. My own father died in 1973 and he has been my "Father" ever since. He will be sorely missed, but we're so thankful that for the believer in Christ, death is not the end, it's the beginning. Death is swallowed up in victory! Thank you Jesus for this assurance!

Dear Grace - thank God for the knowledge that to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord!!! What a wonderful man your "Dad" is and what a beautiful reception he must have had on arrival in Heaven - as your hearts are sad as you watched him go, the Heavens are loud with rejoicing on his arrival - what a sweet day when we are reunited with those we love and are of the Faith! God bless you, your DH and family - I pray the Comforter will be with you and heal your hearts!! lots of love to you Grace {{{hugs}}}from Ron and Linda

So sorry to hear about the loss of your father-in-law Grace, but what a wonderful testimony for Jesus he has left behind with the life he lived. It's such a blessing to know that our loved ones are with our Lord and Savior and that we will be reunited one day. God bless your family.

Sweet Grace, I am terribly sorry about your loss, but I am glad to hear that he does not have to suffer anymore. You have shared with us that he was in terrible pain for a while and God just knew what to do. I am sure your FIL is smiling down on all of his family today and rejoicing that there is no more pain, no more suffering and he finally got to meet with Jesus! Oh, what a great reward!! Thanks for sharing all of the wonderful recommendations your FIL has earned while serving this country...a true honor indeed. May GOD give you, Alan and the rest of the family all the strength you need to take care of what you need to take care of. Be safe my friend!! Hugs, Sabrina

Dearest Grace,

You have given your Dear FIL a wonderful send off by spending time with him so recently. Making sure there is nothing unsaid, is a wonderful gift of love you and your family gave Him, Grace.

This is such a beautiful tribute to an extraordinary man. Thank you for sharing more of the details of his life here on earth. A true hero...what a blessing to so many.

He feels no pain or sorrow now, I am sure your family will find peace with that, and knowing that he is with His Heavenly Father and loved ones who are waiting for him in Heaven.

I pray that you and yours will be even more aware of the Dear Lord Jesus' presence, that He will comfort all of you, and grant you peace through this difficult time.

Remember, the Lord loves you very much!

He IS Able,
Traci S.
