Hello and welcome to the Our Daily Bread Designs March Release Blog Hop!
If you arrived here from Chris' Blog, you are in the right place! If not, you might want to start at the Our Daily Bread designs Blog to be sure you hop in the correct order, because we are having a Special Message Hop, and you will be collecting our Secret Words as you hop along, so you will want them in the order given!
You have until Tues at 8:00PM EST to complete the requirements to be eligible to win.
There will be TWO BLESSED WINNERS... who will each receive a $15.00 Gift Certificate to the Our Daily Bread designs Store to go toward the stamps of your choice! Winners will be randomly chosen from all the qualified entries, and announced on Wed. Mar.3 on the ODBD Blog!
Here is what you need to do to be eligible to win:
- 1. Hop from blog to blog in the order given below, writing down the secret words you will find clearly written in their posts, and leaving a comment on each blog.
- 2. Return to the ODBD Blog and leave a comment that you completed the hop and left comments for each designer.
- 3. Email me (Grace) at: mailto:gnywening@yahoo.com
In the email, give me the secret words you found in order .... they will spell out a special message from the Our Daily Bread designs Design Team to you!
If for any reason a link is broken, simply return to the Our Daily Bread designs Blog to see who is next on the list, leaving a space for the missing words. Most often if you can't get on a blog or leave a comment now.... if you wait a little while and try again you usually can.
This is a box I altered using the New Release Blessed Easter stamp set form Our Daily Bread Designs. The image is stamped in Memento ink and water colored. I then cut it out and adhered it to the Spellbinders Labels 13 and Lattice pendant dies. The border around the box is created with a Lattice Border Punch by Martha Stewart. The pearls, I felt, just added the extra elegance. They are from Zva Creative. The DP is Chatterbox Apple green vine.
Altered Box Recipe:
Paper: Chatterbox, Gina K Pure Luxury White,
Accessories: Spellbinders Labels 13 and Lattice Pendant dies, MS Lattice border Punch, ZVA Creative Pearls, May Arts Ribbon

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your tresures with us.
Dear Grace,
ReplyDeleteThis is really magnificent! What a beautiful, incredible box! The Lily of the Valley is just perfect! If I were trying to cut that out, I'm sure I would end up cutting half of the flowers off! I miss the northern flowers so very much! They seem to be a part of all good memories. I love every inch of it. The dp is so fabulous. I thought it was green velvet! I like the leaves on it. How did you do that? (If you don't mind.) The lattice work is stunning. I bet that took a while to do! I need to get one of those punches. (Mother's Day is soon.) The Scripture is so true! After all, ALL scripture is the truth. Right? Right! I think the pearls were a very elegant and precious touch to the box. I am crazy over the varigated ribbon, or are those paper leaves? How absolutely perfect!! I love how they are shaped. Just one question, I don't think anyone asked yet. What's going in it?
He IS Able, and Easter is coming to remind us of that fact!!!!!!
