ODBD Anniversary Customer Linky Party!

 
Hello friends!

This week we are celebrating the 5th Anniversary of Our Daily Bread designs!  To help us celebrate, we invited any customers who wanted to play along to join a linky party today beginning at 2pm EDT!  So I wanted to join in the celebration... and I made a special cake for the occasion! :)

I decided to ink up this newly released stamp by ODBD, Cake Single . I stamped with Memento Ink and colored with Copics. I added stickles to parts of the icing and Glossy Accents to the strawberry. The dp is BG Nook & Pantry. I used an MS punch, SB classic circles and Lacey Circles, some seam binding and a McGill tag punch to add the sentiment from Be Joyful .

    This is beautiful and cheerful! I love the strawberry background paper - subtle - but pulls the strawberry on the card into it. The design looks fun to make - adding layers and papers - while making the cake the focal point. Thank you!

    Oh another lovely and yummy looking cake...thsi stamp is adorable, loving it more each time I see it....that and it makes me want to bake one now...lol...this one is better tho ...less calories...:0).

    Look at all those sweet papers to go along with that sweet cake! Great job pairing up those two. Love the bow with the twine interlaced. The doily panel is a nice touch too.

    I am extremely impressed with your writing skills as well as with the layout on your weblog.
