It is time for ODBD Stamping In Time Challenge(SNTODBD23)! The assignment is Our Daily Bread Design stamps. Betty is challenging everyone to make Christmas cards! You can create one or several. You can enter as many times as you like. You can mass produce a style or create a very detailed stand alone card. The choice is yours! If you have any Christmas card creating or mailing tip, please share with us in your blog post. Anything to make the process easier is a good thing! While ODBD stamps are required, others are allowed. We look forward to seeing what you create using ODBD stamps!

In addition to the challenge, since it is the most wonderful time of the year, we would like to give everyone a chance to win a very special ODBD stamp set.
It is called Blessed Christmas! What a gorgeous set!!!

In order to have a chance to win this beautiful set, you must comment on all of the dt samples at their blogs and return to the ODBD blog and share with us one of your favorite Christmas Traditions! Anyone can win!!

The winner will be announced on that same post on Sunday Dec. 5th so be sure to check back then!

Now on to my card details:
So today I had fun playing! I used the Tues. Trigger over on Moxie Fab World, for my inspiration, which was this yummy gingerbread snowflake cookie!

I used the big snowflake stamp and matching die cut from Our Daily Bread designs "Peace and Joy" set. I stamped it on SU! Soft Suede with white Craft ink and heat embossed in Stampendous White embossing powder. I cut it out with the custom die, then cut the largest snowflake from the Spellbinder's Snowflake Pendant from soft suede. My card base is soft suede, then Gina K Pure Luxury White embossed with a Cuttlebug folder from the Winter Wonderland collection. For my sentiment I stamped using Memento Rick Cocoa Ink and cut with a SB ribbon trio tag, cutting one side shorter to remove the ribbon slot. I added a snippet of ribbon and a snowflake brad. Easy peasy and easily reproducible in mass if you are still looking for quick ideas for those holiday cards!

For more inspiration, please visit these talented designers:

I thought this was a real cookie! I love gingerbread cookies...especially the kind that used to snap! I couldn't believe how well you iced it however.

Now I know your secret! One question, are you leaving this one out for "Santa?"

I thought what a lovely country/rustic feel to your card with those colours - and when I see the gingerbread, no wonder! The white *icing* on the *gingerbread* is totally fabulous, but I'll tell you for nothing I wouldn't like to have to do it with real icing!
