A little blog candy from me to you!

Hello my blogging friends! I do hope you are all well and if you are in the US, I hope you are staying cool in this HOT weather, and safe from all the terrible fires we've had across the west!

Today I have a card to share that is made with this month's release at Our Daily Bread designs.  This card is made using Flowering Faith.  The little corner flower works out perfectly for stamping off the edge of the paper to give a custom mat for your main panel, or any panel.  In this case, I stamped the image off the edge of both panels.  I inked the stamp with Tim Holtz Distress Ink Markers, coloring just the little flower pink, and the rest green.  The sentiment is also colored with markers.  The card shape is cut with a Spellbinders Label 23, and the sentiment panel is cut with a Spellbinders Label 16, and popped up with dimensionals.  The bling around the sentiment panel is from Want 2 Scrap.  The little butterfly is cut with a Cheery Lynn Exotic Butterfly Mini, and the ribbon is May Arts Sheer ribbon. I am entering this in this week's Shining the Light Challenge over on the ODBD Blog.  This week the challenge is Anything Goes with ODBD stamps!

So... how would you like to win this card and a little box of goodies from me to you?  All you have to do is leave me a comment below, and I will draw a winner on Friday July 6th, and announce it here on my blog.  I will send this card and some specially selected favorite goodies to the winner!  You do not have to be a follower to win, but of course if you like my work and would like to follow me, I'd love to have you!  To follow,  just click on the "Follow Me" button on my side bar.

Have a wonderful week, and for all my American friends..... Happy 4th of July!
Please PRAY for America!!!  Never before have we needed it more!  May God bless America!

Blessings,
Grace

Hi Grace,

How exciting! Thank you for your very generous surprise! A chance to receive this beautifully made card, and some goodies...how special! I absolutely love your blog, and how you share about the Lord, you know that. I LOVE the style of this card...reminds me of something I may have put in my dream bedroom to see first thing in the morning and so feminine. It has 2 of my favorite colors...I just love pink, and green was one of my wedding colors! That bow is perfect, and those flowers are a unique way to edge your card!

Have a safe and special July 4th!
And, yes, I agree, we need to pray for our country and our leaders.

Hi Grace. It seems odd to read that you are praying for folks re the heat and fires and we are praying for those who are flooded out of their homes with the torrential rain we've been having. Our heating is still on as it gets pretty chilly later in the day. Certainly the weather has a lot to answer for doesn't it.
Lovely card as always. I hope you and yours remain safe and sound and a very happy thanksgiving to you all.

Grace,
I have not seen one card created by you that was not breath-taking. You are such a talented lady. Not a day goes by that I don't visit because you're at the top of my favorites.... Well, second from the top (ODB is the top favorite). To receive a card from you, be it this one or another you have stashed away, would be exciting and just a blessing to me to receive it.

I am so very thankful to have met you via the internet. You answer, give advice and so very encouraging.

Yes, America is in need of prayer. Not just during holidays but daily and for many reasons (the fires, the flooding, healing spiritually, mentally, physically, jobs, housing; just to name a few).

Thank you for this opportunity and keep the beautiful cards/tutorials coming. Stay safe...

Hugs 'N Blessings
