With Deepest Sympathy!

Hello friends!  I hope you are all doing well!

Today I'm sharing a sympathy card made with the Aug. release from Our Daily Bread designs.  Sympathy cards can be the most difficult cards there are to make.  We usually don't have the best stamps or sentiments for such a card, and we are often making them under very sad circumstances.  This month's With Sympathy stamp & die combo goes a long way to help us with these difficult cards.  There is the beautiful Sympathy word die, but there are also several wonderful sentiments with it that could be used on the front of the card, but also on the inside.  Here is a closer look at the set and what comes in it:
I am in love with word dies, and how they make a pretty impactful card with very little time involvement.  So as you can see there are lots of words you can use with the die itself, but sentiments like "Our thoughts and prayers are with you" is perfect for the inside as well.  There is no more difficult note to write in a card (in my opinion) than a sympathy message.  I know I will be using this one often.

The other products I used on this card are the new Flower Lattice strip diePierced Circles dies, Fancy Foliage dies, Bitty Blossoms die, and the paper is from the ODB Pastel Paper pack.  The layout is simple and the card is quite flat.  The only embellishments  are three tiny black half pearls.

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort.
 2 Cor 1:3

Thanks so much for looking!

These are always hard cards to have to make, but I know that your note inside will be a dear one offering love and comfort. It's wonderful to see you making more cards again! Hugs, sweet friend! xoxo

Oh what a beautiful card Grace - so good to have at least one of these on hand for those difficult times.
Thank you too for your "Grace's Hope" set I bought ages ago - I surely need them now as we have had news of a person dear to us having metastatic cancer :-(
Blessings
