ODBD stamps: Deep Waters, designed by Grace Nywening
For my first card, I used Deep Waters.  I stamped it with Memento Bahama Blue Ink and only colored one fish to make him stand out from the rest.  I cut the image with the ODBD Custom Stitched Oval Dies and matted with So Saffron card stock, cut with the ODBD Oval Dies.  I used paper from a "Beaches" design paper by Paper House (AC Moore).  I cut an ODBD Custom BoHo Background Die cut from the ODBD Rustic Beauty Paper Collection, sponged with Memento Canteloupe Ink, cut it down in size, and mounted that on my water design paper.  I stamped the sentiment from the same Deep Waters set, and cut with a Vintage Labels Die, and sponged with Memento Canteloupe ink.  I cut several "boughs" (or in this case, coral and sea flora) from the Fancy Foliage Die set, from scraps of Blue and Blue-Green paper, sponging with Memento ink, and tucked them in to frame the image.  I finished off with the word "Love" cut with the Faith, Hope & Love Die Set.

For my second card, I again used Deep Waters, and paper from the same pack but colored the full image with Copics.  Again I cut the image with the Stitched Ovals, matted with the Oval Dies and embossed my design paper layer with a CB Embossing folder.  I also used the ODBD BoHo Background Die and partially cut it out to frame my image.  I used some sparkly ribbon tape from Recollections, and some sheer ribbon and twine to attach my sentiment from the same Deep Waters set, which I cut with an ODBD  Mini Tag Die.  Tucked in behind the "netting" I cut a couple rows of different shades of blue Grass Border Die cuts, bringing some pieces forward for dimension.

I love that you stamped the image on the first card in blue and the made the coral the same color. Great sentiment and i like that I can see a peek of the Boho die. The 2nd card looks entirely different even though you used basically the same elements. Lovely bow and I really like the mini tag die and sentiment.

How nice, Grace that you created 2 totally different looking cards using the same stamp. I love them both. I especially like all of the layers of blue on the second card. Really adds depth and so much texture.

Both of your cards are gorgeous Grace!! I just love your coloring of the scene and all the blue on the second card. So vibrant and gorgeous!! Both have such texture and dimension with the layered die cuts or embossing. The first card looks like you watercolored the background, what a perfect combo for your creative card!! Gorgeous work as always my friend!

Really pretty! I really like the technique you used in the first one. I've never thought of stamping in one color and making the embellishments coordinate like that! Great inspiration...
